Career Counselling

Career Counseling Session at Little Flower School, New Perungalathur, Chennai

I recently conducted a comprehensive career counseling session at Little Flower School, located in New Perungalathur, Chennai. The session aimed to help students gain clarity about their future academic and career choices by exploring their individual strengths, interests, and aptitudes.

As part of the session, students were assessed using two key tools:

Multiple Intelligences (M.I.) Inventory © 1999 Walter McKenzie and CIS – to understand their dominant intelligences and learning styles.
Comprehensive Interest Schedule (CIS) – to identify their areas of vocational and personal interest.

The combination of these assessments provided valuable insights into each student's personality, potential career paths, and educational direction. The session also included interactive guidance and Q&A to encourage students to make informed and confident decisions about their futures.
